Please read these terms carefully before using VisionAI Workspace. By using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account and completing onboarding you agree to these Terms of Service. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
VisionAI Workspace is currently in active beta. During this period the platform is free to use. Optional one-time Momentum Packs are available if you want more of a given allowance sooner — none of them unlock a feature, and every allowance they extend either renews on its own or frees up as you archive work, so nothing on the platform requires a purchase to reach. See Section 16. Features, limits, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Beta users acknowledge the platform may have bugs, downtime, or breaking changes. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Account creation happens through Google OAuth, and you are responsible for the security of your Google account. After your account exists, you may optionally register a device passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello) as a faster way to sign back in on that device — this is an alternative sign-in method layered on top of your account, not a replacement for it, and your underlying Google connection is unaffected by whether you use it. You are equally responsible for the security of any device you enroll a passkey on. One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Your Orbit workspace data — orbits, tasks, and AI outputs — is written directly to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive, which is the system of record. We also retain a short-lived server-side cache of that content (auto-cleared within 24 hours) to keep the app fast and reliable, along with account info, usage/reliability logs, and operational data such as Focus session notes and scheduling details. You may export, delete, or disconnect your data at any time through Settings.
VisionAI Workspace routes your tasks through third-party AI providers including Groq, Google Gemini, Mistral, and OpenRouter. Outputs are generated by these models and are provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any AI-generated content you accept and use. VisionAI Workspace makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
The platform integrates with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google OAuth. VisionAI Workspace's Google OAuth integration has completed Google's verification process, so users sign in through a standard, verified Google consent screen. Your use of these services is governed by Google's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to Google APIs or policies that affect platform functionality.
You agree not to use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform infrastructure. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The free beta tier includes 4 active orbit slots, all four AI workers — BrainstormAI, DesignAI, WordSmithAI and ImageGenAI — Focus Week scheduling, 2 MomentumLoops and 2 InsightLoops, 3 shared file or image attachments per orbit, 3 ImageGenAI generations per day, and a platform-wide 25 task executions per day. Archiving an orbit frees its slot for a new one, and the daily allowances reset on their own; the optional Orbit Boost Pack raises the active-orbit ceiling to 6. These limits may change as the platform evolves. We will communicate significant changes to active users.
A Pro tier is in development. Joining the waitlist reserves your early access discount but does not constitute a purchase, binding agreement, or guarantee of availability. The Pro tier itself has no payment collected during beta — but see Section 16 for optional Momentum Pack purchases, which are real, paid transactions regardless of Pro-tier status.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions during the beta period. Your workspace data remains in your Google Drive regardless of platform availability.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion your account data is permanently purged from our systems. Your Google Drive files remain yours and are not deleted by us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
VisionAI Workspace is provided as-is during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisionAI Workspace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Open Support FormMomentum Packs (e.g. the Orbit Boost Pack, ImageGenAI Burst Pack) are optional, one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe — they are not subscriptions and do not affect Pro tier status. Each pack grants the specific entitlement described on its purchase page at the time of purchase. Purchases are final; we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or in the case of a confirmed billing error, such as a duplicate charge or a payment collected without the corresponding entitlement being granted. Contact support with your purchase details if you believe a charge was made in error. Pack pricing, availability, and entitlements may change without notice during beta.
A workspace may be shared. Its owner can invite other people — crew — and grants each of them access to specific orbits. Everything a crew member can reach follows from those grants: they can open the orbits they were granted, see the crew room attached to each of those orbits, and start a direct message with anyone they share at least one orbit with. The workspace owner is always reachable and may start a group conversation with anyone in their workspace. The owner’s Google Drive is the system of record for the entire workspace. Where these Terms and our Privacy Policy refer to “your own Google Drive”, that means the Drive of the account that owns the workspace you are working in. If you join somebody else’s workspace, everything you create or upload there — orbit and task content, AI outputs, and any file, image or GIF you attach to a message — is written to the workspace owner’s Google Drive under the owner’s Google account. You do not receive a copy in your own Drive, and leaving or being removed from the workspace later does not remove it from theirs. Do not upload anything to a workspace you are not willing to leave in its owner’s hands. Because attachments are stored in the owner’s Drive, an owner may be able to see a file that was attached to a conversation they are not a member of, even though the conversation itself is not readable by them. Crew messaging is subject to Section 7, Acceptable Use. An owner may withdraw a crew member’s access at any time; if that leaves you holding no orbits in the workspace — including where the owner archives the last orbit you held — your membership of that workspace ends and you lose access to its orbits, rooms and message history. Messages you have already sent remain in the workspace, and files you uploaded remain in the owner’s Drive. Deleting your VisionAI Workspace account removes your account from our systems but does not withdraw content you contributed to somebody else’s workspace. Ownership of work produced in a shared workspace is a matter between the owner and their crew, typically governed by whatever employment, contractor or partnership arrangement exists between you; VisionAI Workspace takes no position on it and does not arbitrate such disputes. A workspace owner is responsible for who they invite, and for any personal data about other people that they or their crew bring into the workspace.
VisionAI Workspace is operated as an independent platform. These terms will be updated to reflect its operating entity once formed. Privacy Policy
