Your ideas finally get a team that builds them.
AI finally does the real work — and gets better the more you accept in your Orbit, building on real context instead of that generic AI drift. VisionAI Workspace is an agentic AI workspace that transforms ideas into organized projects, actionable tasks, and ongoing execution — an AI-powered project management and AI goal execution platform, not a chatbot with a nice interface. It is a structured AI workflow orchestration system built as an AI workspace for creators, founders, and builders. Each idea lives in its own Orbit — a self-contained workspace — and your actual content is stored in your own Google Workspace as the system of record, so you own and control your data.
Launch it. Build the momentum. Stay in control.
Bring the idea. Your AI team helps build it, staying inside your own Google Workspace. You stay in control — nothing moves without your approval. Spark the idea: describe your goal and the Orbit Wizard breaks it into a sequenced set of tasks, each assigned to the right AI worker. Build it out: launch the orbit and your AI workers begin executing automatically. Review and approve: each AI output is an artifact you review, revise, and accept only when it meets your standard — every version (V1, V2, V3) is saved so you can compare or roll back. Keep it growing: accepted work can spawn follow-up tasks, and each idea stays organized in its own orbit, always progressing.
Meet Your Team — Your AI Workforce
You never have to pick an AI — you just bring the idea. Your workers already run on models like Google's Gemini and OpenAI's GPT models, rotated automatically for reliability and speed. VisionAI Workspace has three specialized AI workers, and an orchestration brain that routes each task to the right one automatically based on its intent — no manual assignment. BrainstormAI is the strategist, handling strategy, ideation, and research. DesignAI is the designer, handling visual thinking, design direction, and brand identity. WordSmithAI is the writer, handling writing, copy, and content. A fourth worker, ImageGenAI (AI image generation), is already available now — 3 free generations a day on every account, with one-time Burst Packs available for more. WireframeAI (Figma integration) and CodeCoreAI (a shell-based coding agent) are unconfirmed backlog ideas — no timeline, not committed to any tier, and either may never be built.
Core concepts
- Orbit: a self-contained workspace built around a single idea or goal, with its tasks shown on a visual canvas.
- Orbit Wizard: decomposes a plain-language goal into a sequenced, auto-assigned task plan.
- Artifacts: the outputs AI workers produce — reviewable, revisable, and versioned so nothing is ever lost.
- Energy states: every task carries a live lifecycle signal — dormant (created, not started), pulsing (a version has been generated and is awaiting review), then one of two parallel accept-time outcomes: aligned (accepted after chatting with the AI worker first) or ignited (accepted right away, with no chat beforehand). From there, launched (the task generated a confirmed follow-up task) and cascade (that follow-up itself reached launched). A separate visual marker, Beacon, is not a lifecycle state a task moves through — it's applied only to AI-suggested follow-up task previews ("ghost" cards) shown on the canvas, connected to their parent task, before the user confirms one into a real task.
- Multi-provider AI: you never pick a model — you just bring the idea. A tiered architecture across Groq, Gemini, Mistral, and OpenRouter handles automatic failover and model upgrading behind the scenes for reliability and speed.
- Google Workspace as the source of truth: your Drive, Docs, and Sheets store everything; VisionAI Workspace is the engine that writes to them.
Trust & privacy
VisionAI Workspace is an independent product currently in free beta. Its Google sign-in uses an OAuth integration that has completed Google's verification process, so users see a standard, verified Google consent screen rather than an “unverified app” warning. It does not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing platforms, and it uses essential session cookies only — no advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Your actual workspace content — orbits, tasks, and AI outputs — lives in your own Google Workspace, where your Drive, Docs, and Sheets act as the system of record; VisionAI Workspace also keeps a short-lived server-side cache of that content, auto-cleared within 24 hours, to keep the app fast. A full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published at visionaiworkspace.xyz/company/privacy and /company/terms.

Who it's for
Does this sound like you? “You've had this idea for months. It's still just a note on your phone” — for solo founders ready to finally build it. “You know exactly what to make. Time is the problem” — for creators who need production help on podcasts, newsletters, and content brands. “You've got the plan. It's scattered across six tabs and a notebook” — for operators bringing it all together into orbit-based workflows. “You can already see how it should work. You just haven't opened a doc yet” — for builders ready to take the first step. Your best ideas rarely start in one place — a notebook, a phone note, a half-written doc. VisionAI Workspace gives each one an Orbit where it can gather everything it needs, evolve, and keep moving forward. For people with ideas – ready to act on them.
How VisionAI Workspace compares to Monday.com, Notion, and other AI tools
Monday.com and Notion are traditional project management tools — a board or workspace to organize and track work that a person still has to do. VisionAI Workspace is AI project management: a team of specialized AI workers that actually execute the work — strategy, design direction, writing — while you review and approve each output. Choosing between them comes down to what you need: a place to organize tasks (Monday.com, Notion) versus an AI project manager that does the tasks under your review (VisionAI Workspace).
Most AI assistants, including general-purpose chatbots like ChatGPT, still require you to break the work into steps and manage the workflow yourself. VisionAI Workspace is a structured orchestration system instead: it decomposes a goal into a sequenced task plan automatically, routes each task to the right specialized AI worker with no manual assignment, and keeps every output versioned and reviewable. Your actual content also stays in your own Google Workspace as the system of record.
Pricing
Start for Free. Grow When You're Ready. No credit card. No commitment. Just launch your first Orbit and see what's possible. VisionAI Workspace has a Free plan that includes four active orbit slots, the three core AI workers, Focus Week scheduling, and 2 Momentum Loops + 2 Insight Loops — no credit card and no commitment required, plus 3 free ImageGenAI (AI image generation) generations a day. A Pro plan is coming soon; you can join the waitlist for it. It raises the ImageGenAI baseline to 10 free generations a day (vs. 3 on Free), the active-orbit limit to 8 (vs. 4 on Free), the shared file/image attachment limit to 10 per orbit (vs. 3 on Free), doubles the Momentum/Insight Loop slots to 4 Momentum Loops + 4 Insight Loops (vs. 2+2 on Free), and lets Momentum Loops run 6 days before cooldown (vs. 2 on Free). WireframeAI (Figma integration) and CodeCoreAI (a shell-based coding agent) are unconfirmed backlog ideas, not committed to any tier — no timeline, and either may never be built. An Enterprise plan with custom pricing ("Let's Talk") is also available, adding custom orbit limits, custom-tailored AI workflows, dedicated onboarding & support, and custom integrations on request. You can start launching ideas for free today.
Use cases
Solo founders use VisionAI Workspace to get a full execution team — turning strategy, copy, and design into finished work without hiring. Creators use it to produce podcasts, newsletters, and content brands, letting their AI team handle production work. Operators use it to turn repeating work into orbit-based workflows their AI team runs consistently every cycle. Common projects include launching a newsletter, building a go-to-market content engine, planning a podcast, producing marketing assets, and running recurring operational workflows.
