まず最初に — VisionAI Workspaceは安全です。私たちのGoogle OAuth統合はGoogleのアプリ確認プロセスを完了しているため、サインイン時には標準の確認済み同意画面が表示されます — 「未確認アプリ」の警告ではありません。
データに実際に起こることはこうです：Googleアカウントを接続すると、VisionAI Workspaceはあなた自身のGoogle Drive内にGoogle Sheetを作成します。そのシートがあなたのワークスペースであり、主要な記録です。プラットフォームをご利用中はそこに書き込みを行い、短期間のサーバー側キャッシュとサービス運営に必要なアカウント・利用データのみを保持します。
こう考えてください：VisionAI Workspaceが脳で、Google Driveが書類棚です。ファイルを持ち帰ることはありません。
サインイン
ホームページの「ベータに参加」または「ログイン」をクリックしてください。Googleアカウントでサインインします。現在利用可能なログイン方法はこれのみです。
Google権限について
VisionAI Workspaceは3つのGoogle権限を要求します。それぞれが必要な理由を正確に説明します：
Orbitについて
Orbitとは？
OrbitはVisionAI Workspaceの中核作業単位です。プロジェクトや目標として考えてください — 構築、ローンチ、または作成したいものです。各Orbitには一連のタスクが含まれ、それぞれが特定のAIワーカーによって処理されます。
Betaティアでは最大4つのアクティブなOrbit padを持てます — それぞれがワークスペース内で独立して実行される別々のプロジェクトです。
Orbitの作成（ウィザード）
新しいOrbitを作成すると、VisionAI WorkspaceがOrbit Wizardを通じてガイドします。目標を普通の言葉で説明するだけ — 特別なフォーマットは不要です。VisionAI Workspaceのブレインが：
- あなたの入力を構造化された目標に最適化・明確化します。
- 達成に必要なタスクを提案します。
- 各タスクに適切なAIワーカーを自動的に割り当てます。
- 実行開始前に承認・拒否・カスタマイズできるタスクプランを提示します。
常にあなたがコントロールします。あなたの承認なしにタスクは実行されません。
タスクとキャンバス
承認された各タスクはOrbitキャンバスに表示されます — すべてのタスク、割り当てられたAIワーカー、現在のエネルギー状態を示すビジュアルボードです。タスクをクリックして専用チャットスレッドでAIワーカーと直接作業できます。
アーティファクトを承認すると、プラットフォームが自動的にフォローアップタスクを提案し、適切なAIワーカーに割り当てます。これらはキャンバスにゴーストカードとして表示されます — 確認または却下できます。
あなたの承認なしに何も進みません。すべてのタスク出力は次のステップが始まる前にサインオフが必要です。
エネルギー状態
すべてのタスクには、ライフサイクルのどこにあるかを示すエネルギー状態があります：
You may also see a translucent "Beacon" marker on the canvas — that's not a state a task moves through. It marks an AI-suggested follow-up task preview (a "ghost" card) connected to its parent, before you confirm it into a real task.
AIワーカー
VisionAI Workspace には 4 つの AI ワーカーがあります。3 つのコアワーカーに加え、ビジュアル生成用の ImageGenAI です。すべてのアカウントで 1 日 3 回まで無料で画像生成でき（Pro は 1 日 10 回）、さらに必要な場合は買い切りの Burst Pack があります。 ワーカーの割り当ては自動です — プラットフォームが内容に応じて各タスクを適切なワーカーに振り分けます。各ワーカーはタスクごとに専用のチャットスレッドを持ちます。
BrainstormAI

AutoLoops
What is an AutoLoop?
An AutoLoop is recurring, scheduled AI work inside an Orbit — set it up once, and it runs on its own cadence (daily, weekly, or monthly) without you having to re-trigger it every time. Instead of manually asking an AI worker to redo the same kind of task on a schedule, an AutoLoop does it automatically and surfaces the result for you to review.
You create one from an accepted artifact inside a task — VisionAI Workspace uses that artifact as the starting point for every future run, so each cycle builds on real, approved work rather than starting from scratch.
MomentumLoop vs. InsightLoop
Every AutoLoop is one of two types, chosen when you create it:
🚀 MomentumLoop
Generates a new version of the work itself each cycle — a fresh draft, refresh, or iteration of your accepted artifact. Reviewed and accepted the same way any task artifact is, right inside the Orbit.
🔭 InsightLoop
Reports on what's changed in the Orbit since last time — a periodic briefing, not new work. Delivered as a bell notification and, if you turn it on, an email you can read without opening the app.
Scheduling and cooldown days
Pick daily, weekly, or monthly when you set up the loop. A daily MomentumLoop also follows a 2-on/1-off cooldown pattern — two days of new work, then a rest day — to keep quality up and avoid producing more drafts than you can realistically review. The Refresh Pack can skip an upcoming cooldown day if you need uninterrupted daily output for a stretch.
Only daily MomentumLoops use cooldown days — weekly and monthly cadences, and every InsightLoop, run every scheduled cycle with no rest days built in.
Auto-pause: a built-in check-in
An AutoLoop is meant to work with you, not run forever unsupervised. If a MomentumLoop piles up 5 runs in a row that you haven't reviewed and accepted, it pauses itself rather than producing a 6th. If an InsightLoop reports "nothing new" for several cycles in a row, it pauses instead of repeating the same quiet update. Either way, you'll get a notification explaining why it paused and a one-tap way to turn it back on whenever you're ready.
Working with a team
Shared workspaces
A workspace has one owner. The owner can invite other people into it by email, and chooses which orbits each person can reach — being in a workspace does not mean seeing everything in it. That access can be widened or narrowed later, and anyone left with no orbits at all is removed from the workspace rather than left with an empty shell. Both changes are announced to the person they affect.
There are two roles, editor and viewer. Everything the workspace produces is saved to the owner's Google Drive rather than split across each member's own, so there is one source of truth for the work.
You can belong to several workspaces — your own, plus any you have been invited to — and switch between them in the app. They stay entirely separate: orbits, tasks, artifacts and conversations never cross from one to another.
Crew messages
People sharing a workspace can message each other without leaving the product. Every orbit has a room containing exactly the people with access to that orbit — access to the orbit is what puts someone in the room, so removing it removes them from the room too. Any two people who share at least one orbit can also message directly.
A message can carry images, audio and video that play inline, files up to 8MB, GIFs, links with a preview, and reactions. It can be edited for 15 minutes after it is sent and not after. Unread conversations show in the notification bell, and a message can raise a push notification on a device that is not currently looking at the app.
Focus sessions together
A scheduled Focus session can invite crew, who accept or decline it, and can carry a Google Meet link that travels with the reminder — so the session starts where the work already is.

集中セッションはorbitを作業ブロック間で動かし続けます — 任意のタスクまたはFocus Weekページから直接スケジュールしてください。
Google Sheetとの同期
VisionAI Workspaceで行うすべてのことがリアルタイムでGoogle DriveのOrbit Sheetに書き込まれます。これは以下を意味します：
- いつでもGoogle Sheetを開いて、すべてのタスクと出力の完全な記録を確認できます。
- データはVisionAI Workspaceとは独立して存在します — プラットフォームがダウンしても、作業は安全です。
- DesignAIの出力はDriveに直接保存されたGoogle Docsとして届けられます。
アーティファクトとバージョン
